Call for Papers and Abstracts

We invite submissions from researchers, scholars, and industry professionals. Contributions may take the form of oral presentations or poster displays.

The conference will also feature the following awards, with two awardees in each category:

• Best Paper Award

• Best Student Paper Award

• Best Poster Award

Please note: The General Chair and members of the Award Committee are not eligible for these awards. If you wish to apply, ensure that neither the General Chair nor any member of the Award Committee is listed as a coauthor on your submission.

Submission Guidelines

• Submission portal: EasyChair

• Eligibility:

  • All papers must be original and not under review elsewhere.

  • Abstracts of previously published work are welcome but will not appear in IEEE Conference Proceedings or EI Compendex.

• Review process: All submissions will be peer-reviewed. Accepted contributions may be presented as oral talks or posters.

Submission Instructions

• Regular Papers:

  • Upload your PDF via EasyChair.

  • Initial submission: up to 8 pages.

  • Final submission: limited to 6 pages (with a maximum of 2 additional pages allowed upon payment of overlength charges).

• Abstracts:

  • Submit only the abstract text in EasyChair (do not upload any files).

Important: The email used for submission must match your EasyChair registration email.
