Call for Papers, Abstracts, and Invited Session Proposals

We invite submissions from researchers, scholars, and industry professionals. Contributions may take the form of oral presentations or poster displays.

The conference will also feature the following awards, with two awardees in each category:

  • Best Paper Award

  • Best Student Paper Award

  • Best Poster Award

Please note: The General Chair and members of the Award Committee are not eligible for these awards. If you wish to apply, ensure that neither the General Chair nor any member of the Award Committee is listed as a coauthor on your submission.

Submission Guidelines

  • Submission portal: EasyChair

  • Eligibility:

    • All papers must be original and not under review elsewhere.

    • Abstracts of previously published work are welcome but will not appear in IEEE Conference Proceedings or EI Compendex.

  • Review process: All submissions will be peer-reviewed. Accepted contributions may be presented as oral talks or posters.

Submission Instructions

  • Regular Papers:

    • Upload your PDF via EasyChair.

    • Initial submission: up to 8 pages.

    • Final submission: limited to 6 pages (with a maximum of 2 additional pages allowed upon payment of overlength charges).

  • Abstracts:

    • Submit only the abstract text in EasyChair (do not upload any files).

Invited Session Proposals

We encourage participants to submit proposals for Invited Sessions. An Invited Session at qCCL 2026 should be dedicated to a specific topic within the scope of the conference and is expected to consist of 6 contributions, which will each correspond to a 20-minute oral talk slot.

An Invited Session Proposal should include:

  • Title of the Invited Session

  • Abstract of the Invited Session (150-300 words)

  • Name and contact information of the organizers

  • A list of contributions containing titles, author names, and contact information of the corresponding author.

Invited Sessions Proposals can include regular papers and abstracts, both of which need to be submitted through the submission portal and must adhere to the corresponding submission deadlines.

Invited Session proposals shall be submitted until April 1, 2026, via email to invited-sessions@ieeeqccl2026.com.
