The Conference Venue
The venue for IEEE qCCL 2026 will serve as the central hub for presentations, networking, and events, offering an engaging environment that fosters learning and meaningful connections among attendees.
IEEE qCCL 2026 will be hosted at CREATE – The Department of Architecture, Design and Media Technology at Aalborg University. Located directly on Aalborg’s scenic waterfront, CREATE is a vibrant hub for research, teaching, and innovation. Its unique interdisciplinary environment fosters creativity and collaboration, making it an inspiring venue for exploring the frontiers of quantum control, computing, and learning. Beyond the conference venue, participants will enjoy the city of Aalborg, a lively port city situated on the Limfjord in Northern Denmark. Aalborg beautifully blends history, culture, and modern innovation. Once a Viking settlement, the city now features a dynamic waterfront, striking modern architecture, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Aalborg offers a wide range of accommodation facilities where you can find a mix of international chain hotels and charming privately owned hotels. The hotels are all located in walking distance to most venues and restaurants in town.

Please note that we as local organisers have selected the most convenient and best hotels in advance for you to choose from. By booking through the registration link or via e-mail sent to Aalborg Convention Bureau, you will benefit from special rates and, at the same time, ensure plenty of opportunities to network with your colleagues outside the conference programme.
Flexibility in your booking
It is also worth noting that you are not required to pay for hotel accommodation in advance. You can make your hotel reservation in connection with your registration for IEEE qCCL 2026. By doing this, you will benefit from the special conference rates.

In case you have already registered and wish to make a hotel reservation, please feel free to contact us and we will help you and make sure that you still benefit from the special conference rates.
Please contact us by phone or e-mail and inform us of your name, email, choice of hotel, date of arrival and departure, type of room, special requirements, etc. Payments are made directly to the hotel upon checking out. As soon as we have made the reservation for you, we will send you a confirmation.
